Refund Policy
TovoType generally offers a 30-day refund window from the original purchase date.
Refund requests
If you purchased TovoType and want a refund within 30 days of purchase, email support@tovo.dev from the email address used at checkout, or include your receipt details if available.
Because Creem is merchant of record for checkout and billing, some refund processing and payment support may also be handled through Creem.
When refunds apply
Refunds are typically available when TovoType does not work materially as described, a duplicate or mistaken purchase occurred, or a customer contacts us within the 30-day window with a reasonable purchase-related issue.
How refunds are handled
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
License impact
If a refund is issued, the associated license may be disabled and future activations or validations may stop working.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under local law.
