Use of TovoType
You may download, install, and use TovoType for your own lawful use. You agree not to abuse the website or app, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass licensing or update controls, or use TovoType in a way that violates applicable law.
Purchases
Payments for TovoType are processed by Creem, which acts as merchant of record for checkout, billing, and payment processing.
Licenses
TovoType is sold as a one-time purchase unless we clearly state otherwise. After a completed purchase, a license key may be shown on the purchase success page or delivered through the purchase flow. License keys are personal to the purchaser, must be kept private, and may be disabled if shared, abused, refunded, or used in violation of these terms.
Availability and updates
We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of TovoType at any time. We aim to keep the website, license services, and app downloads available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, together with any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under local law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TovoType is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or app.
